The Center for Disease Control recommends 2 hours and 30 minutes of moderate intensity aerobic activity every week or 1 hour and 15 minutes of vigorous intensity  aerobic exercise per week. Either option can easily be accomplished by hopping on your bike and pedaling. This will be much more enjoyable than a treadmill or a heart attack.
